• STAIRS
  Our stairs are made from aluminium alloys or with light sandwich type technique. Low curb weight, along with a considerable fatigue strength, make up for perfect way to join two levels of a vehicle and internally reinforce its entrances. The product, depending on Client’s wishes, can be finished with covering or soundproofing, insulating materials. The construction of our stairs also foresees their use an inspection gap for devices placed around or under them.
  
  
• SHELVES AND LUGGAGE RACKS
  Modern, robust and made with Alucore and HPL, they are characterised by their lightness and stylish aesthetics. There is a possibility to install additional equipment such as: coat hangers, screens, lighting systems and sound systems. The shelves are made to fit specific lengths and depths. We can also join metal elements with other materials like glass, wood or plastic. Their surfaces can be finished accordingly to a Client’s wishes.
  
  
• INTERIOR DOORS
  Made with aluminium alloys and modern hybrid materials assuring low product weight, they provide a fire barrier and high endurance parameters. We can also provide a selection of materials and glazing. The systems are easy to install and to service, while still assuring passenger safety. Depending on the specification, they can be either manual, electric or pneumatic. The systems can be finished accordingly to a Client’s wishes.
  
  
• TABLES
  Tables are produced to be highly functional and fitted to the passenger space to ensure the comfort of travelling. They can either be made to be fixed or to be folded by a passenger. They include cup stands, power sockets and little trash cans. Tables are made either from traditional materials or HPL, along with sandwich type panels with filling customized by a Client.
  
  
• VESTIBULES
  Build-ins suited for all rail vehicles. Produced accordingly to a Client’s specifications or designed on our own. These components can be equipped with handles, handrails, glass or lighting system. Produced traditionally or with use of light materials allowing to decrease weight while maintaining endurance.
  
  
• EXTERNAL COMPONENTS
  We also produce external building for vehicles, made from either traditional or light materials. The components are additionally reinforced, either glued, riveted or welded. We also provide exterior building for rooftops, decreasing their weight by using right materials. Roof elements may be equipped with components to allow installation of more subcomponents, like rooftop blends, elements made from aluminium, hybrid materials, sandwich materials or a mix of a few.
